De Bethune Equation of Time uses manual winding movement with tourbillon. It has 20 jewels and vibrates at 18,000 vph with 30 hours power reserve. There are 319 components in this watch as well as a Breguet spring balance. Every steel component within is polished and hand decorated. It has a minute repeater function for the hour, quarter, and minute. It also has a equation of time and perpetual calendar functions. The case is with exclusive ogival lugs made of rose gold. Its diameter is the standard 42mm with a thickness of 13mm. Its repeater slide is positioned at 10 to adjust the gongs for the three minute repeaters. It uses an octagonal crown that can be adjusted in dual positions for the winding and time-setting functions. The caseback is transparent through a sapphire crown. It has a water resistance of 30m. Its dial are available in either gold and silver-plated or plain gold. The inner portion has hand-finished guilloche pattern and around its circumference there is the equation of time measurement through a gold hand. It has Roman numerals in blue as well as blue steel for the central hands. The date display is in rose gold at 7:30 position and the month display at 4:30. It has a railway minute track.
